Expanded display of codes in the registries of suspended medicines

The “Products temporarily withdrawn from circulation” → “Registry of suspended medicines” and “Products temporarily withdrawn from circulation” → “Registry of suspended medicines emitted before 2021-03-28” sections now display SGTINs not only in the “Paused circulation” status, but also in the “Awaiting confirmation of suspended medicines return” status.

Added a new suspension decision type and details on the medicine circulation suspension

A new suspension decision type has been added. The decision to suspend medicine circulation may prohibit only the introduction of medicines into civil circulation, without affecting medicines that have already been introduced into circulation.

To check the scope of the decision, go to “Products temporarily withdrawn from circulation” → “Registry of solutions on medicine suspension”. The “Scope of the decision” field specifies which processes are affected by the decision: introduction into circulation, circulation, or withdrawal from circulation. This field is also available in the registry filters and in exported registry data.

The same information is now included in Notification 633 (“Information on medicine circulation”). The notification specifies the scope of the decision.

API changes

Updated the ICM registry search method

The 8.3.9. “Method for searching for all records with the status 'Turnover suspended' through the ICM registries” method (POST <endpoint>/<version>/reestr/sgtin/on_hold) now returns records not only with the “Paused circulation” status, but also with the “Awaiting confirmation of suspended medicines return” status.

Accordingly, the method name has been changed to “Method for searching for all records with the 'Turnover suspended’ and ‘Awaiting confirmation of suspended medicines return’ statuses through the ICM registries”.

Expanded the method to filter decisions on ICM suspension

A new optional input and output parameter, “scope” (Scope of the decision), has been added to the 8.12.1. “Filtering through the registry of decisions on ICM pause” method (POST <endpoint>/<version>/reestr/paused-circulation-decisions/filter).

Updated the DeviceID parameter constraints

Previously, the “DeviceID” parameter (Device identifier) was limited to 16 characters, with no pattern constraint. It is now limited to 1-64 characters and must match the following pattern: '^[0-9A-Za-z]{1,64}$'.
