Changes

The “Date of introduction into civil circulation” parameter has been renamed

To improve clarity, the parameter name has been changed from “Date of introduction into civil circulation” to “Date of data submission to the Roszdravnadzor AIS before introduction into civil circulation”.

This update affects the columns and filters in the following sections:

• “Products” → “Display window of products by SGTIN”

• “Products temporarily withdrawn from circulation” → “Registry of suspended medicines”

• “Products temporarily withdrawn from circulation” → “Registry of suspended medicines emitted before 2021-03-28”

• “Products” → “SGTIN registry”

• “Products” → “Registry of SGTINs emitted before 2021-03-28”

The “Paid with electronic certificate” attribute has been added

The “Paid with electronic certificate” attribute has been added to the “Products” → “SGTIN registry” and “Products” → “Display window of products by SGTIN” sections. In the XSD schema documentation (511 (“Retail sale”) and 10511 (“Retail sale using CRE”)), this attribute corresponds to the new “certificate_selling” attribute.

How it works

1. If a consumer pays for a medicine using an electronic certificate, the pharmacy specifies CERT & in the receipt (this value is placed in the 1265 tag group with prescription details).

2. Based on the receipt, the attribute is automatically included in 511 and 10511 documents.

3. After the document is successfully processed, the attribute becomes available for viewing in the registries.

Information about these changes in the “Passports of processes”, “Description of XSD schemas”, XML samples with results documents and in the description of the API of Government Track and Trace Information System will be published with the release.

API changes

The MA number filtering logic in the ESKLP registry has been changed

In method 7.10.1, “Filtering by the ESKLP Registry” (POST <endpoint>/<version>/reestr/esklp/filter), the filtering logic for the reg_id parameter (Number of the marketing authorization) has been changed: searches are now performed using an exact, case-sensitive match.

A new value has been added to the disposal types catalog

For the “General report on medicine disposal” report, the “9” value (Transfer for destruction) has been added to catalog 4.71, “Disposal types”.

The deprecated method has been removed

The deprecated “Method for receiving information about addresses of the current participant” method has been removed. Instead, use 8.1.1 “Method for searching information about business places by filter” (POST <endpoint>/<version>/reestr/branches/filter).
