Removed deprecated methods

The following methods, previously marked as deprecated, have been removed from the MDLP FGIS API:

• 6.6.10. “Method to acquire the list of users rights group” — use “Method for finding the list of user rights group by filter” instead

• 6.7.1. “Method to search by registered users” — use “Method for searching registered users by filter” instead

• 6.8.1. “Method for searching by the accounting systems” — use “Method for searching accounting system by filtering” instead

• 7.4.1. “Acquiring debts information”

• 8.1.1. “Receiving information about business places” — use “Method for searching information about business places by filter” instead

• 8.2.1. “Receiving information about secure storage warehouse” — use “Method for searching information about secure storage warehouse by filtering” instead
