Modifications
Return of the “Financing source” parameter value
It is now possible to return a value of the “Financing source” parameter to the “Own funds” value if it has been mistakenly changed within the operation under scheme 470 (“Movement of medicine between business places within the state medicine provision”).
To return the value, reupload document 470, specifying “source” = 1 (“Own funds”).
Conditions for successful operation:
-
The marking code (SGTIN) must have the “In circulation” status;
-
The SGTIN’s operation history must record a change in the “Financing source” parameter under scheme 470;
-
The original change in the value was made from the “Own funds” value;
-
The business place indicated in the return operation must match the business place indicated for the initial operation under scheme 470 and belong to the same circulation participant.
Update of scheme 552 functionality
Scheme 552 “Withdrawal from circulation” has been updated as follows:
-
it is now possible to withdraw the ICM from circulation with the “paused circulation” status when indicating 6 — “Sample control” (“withdrawal_typе” = 6). The operation will be successfully processed if the scheme has been submitted by the current ICM owner and the medicine is not expired.
-
a check of the ICM status (which comes before the “Paused circulation”) has been enabled. The status cannot be “Transferred for disposal” (“moved_for_disposal”) when the following withdrawal types (“withdrawal_typе”) are indicated:
° 6 — “Sample control”;
° 13 — “Writing off without transfer for destruction”;
° 15 — “Manufacturing defect”;
° 28 — “Destruction w/o assistance”.
If the previous status is “Transferred for disposal” (“moved_for_disposal”), use scheme 542 (“Destruction”).
- a check of the ICM status (which comes before the “Paused circulation”) has been enabled. The status cannot be “Shipped under agent contract” (“transferred_to_agent”) when the following withdrawal types (“withdrawal_typе”) are indicated:
° 13 — “Writing off without transfer for destruction”;
° 15 — “Manufacturing defect”.
If the previous status is “Shipped under agent contract” (“transferred_to_agent”), schemes 552 of types 6 “Sample control” and 28 “Destruction w/o assistance”, as well as 541 (“Transfer for destruction”) → 542 (“Destruction”) can be used to withdraw from circulation.
- “unpack” parameter — “Indicator that the shipping package has been disaggregated” has been added for withdrawal type 27 “Movement to quarantine area” (“withdrawal_type” = 27):
° if the parameter is set to true or is omitted, the transferred SSCCs will be automatically disaggregated;
° if the parameter is set to false, SSCC will not be disaggregated;
° if both SSCC and SGTIN are in the document, the parameter affects only the SSCС;
° if only SGTINs have been transferred, the parameter is ignored.
Update of schemes 912 and 913 features
Now it is possible to disaggregate and remove ICMs from the SSCC tertiary package (schemes 912, 913) after successful application of scheme 552 (“Withdrawal from circulation”) of type 27 (“Movement to quarantine area”) for SGTINs of the “paused circulation” statuses. This feature will allow item-by-item return of the ICM to circulation by using scheme 391 (“Re-introduction into circulation”) of type “withdrawal_reason” = 15 (“withdrawn from circulation as a result of movement to quarantine area”) and “reason_return” = 1 (“good quality”).
Import of machine-readable powers of attorney from the FTS register
- The “Requests for machine-readable PoA import” tab has been added to the page Administration → Machine-readable power of attorney. This registry displays all submitted requests to import machine-readable powers of attorney. You can filter the registry by the following fields:
° Power of attorney number;
° Date and time of the record creation;
° Import status.
- The ability to import machine-readable powers of attorney issued outside the MDLP has been added to the page Administration → Machine-readable power of attorney →Requests for machine-readable PoA import. The “View users accounts” right (VIEW_ACCOUNTS) is required to use this feature. To import, enter a number of the machine-readable PoA and INN of the attorney-in-fact.
When adding a machine-readable PoA, the following checks are performed:
° the power of attorney shall have the “Active” status;
° the machine-readable PoA was not previously uploaded to the MDLP;
° both the signatory and attorney-in-fact are registered in the MDLP;
° the power of attorney contains the powers required to work in the MDLP.
Catalog of the MDLP powers can be found at link.
