Modifications

Added “Exempt from mandatory cash register use” flag to the address registry

A new column with the “Exempt from mandatory cash register use” flag has been added for business places in the Addresses section. This flag is assigned in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ dated May 22, 2003, in the following cases:

1. Organizations and individual entrepreneurs conducting transactions in remote or hard-to-access areas may operate without cash register equipment, provided that such areas are included in the list of remote or hard-to-access areas approved by a government authority of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation. This exemption does not apply to cities, district centers (except administrative centers of municipal districts that are the only inhabited locality within such municipal district), and urban-type settlements. Customers must be provided, upon request, with a document confirming the transaction. The document must include:

2. the document name;

3. its serial number;

4. the details required under paragraphs four-twelve of Сlause 1, Article 4.7 of this Federal Law;

5. the signature of the person who issued the document.

6. Pharmacy organizations located in feldsher and feldsher-midwife stations in rural settlements, as well as licensed medical organization subdivisions engaged in pharmaceutical activities (outpatient clinics, feldsher and feldsher-midwife stations, general (family) practice centers (stations)) located in rural settlements where no pharmacy organizations are available, may operate without cash register equipment.

How to obtain this flag

1. Contact our technical support at support@crpt.ru and attach a document confirming that the business place is included in the official list of remote areas

2. Once the information has been verified, the “Yes” value will be automatically added to the business place card

API modifications

Deprecated ICM withdrawal event subscription methods have been disabled

To optimize the API and simplify remaining stock management, subscriptions to code withdrawal events are no longer supported.

The following methods of section 12, “Receipt of events related to ICM disposal”, have been disabled:

• 12.2. “List of available types of events of withdrawal from circulation (WithdrawalEventType)”

• 12.3. “Creation of subscription to receive events related to ICM disposal”

• 12.4. “Receiving a subscription list”

• 12.5. “Modification of subscription to receive events related to ICM disposal”

• 12.6. “Receipt of events related to ICM disposal”

• 12.7. “Unsubscribing from receipt of events related to ICM disposal”

Since these methods have been fully disabled, any API requests sent to them will return an error.

What to use instead

Use method 10.9.8, “Export of remaining SGTINs in the BP”. This method returns current information on remaining stock and code movement history for each business place.
